3) Reverse to Top Wrist Lock.
4) Keep in Top Wrist Lock and step left foot behind opponents left leg. Push down, so that opponent lands on their back on the floor.
5) Opponent pushes your chin up and locks in the Leg Scissors. This is done by getting the back of the right knee around the front of the throat, so that no damage occurs.

Holds

Easy Moves

Backslide - Facing opponent, hook his/her left arm with your right. Swing him/her around so that you are back to back and hook his right arm with your left. Clasp hands behind head and lean forward. Opponents shoulders should touch the mat whilst he/she is lying on your back.

Exiting the ring backwards over the 2nd rope - Reach between 2nd and top rope with right arm. Make an "L" shape with your right arm so that the rope rests in your elbow. Fall over the 2nd rope keeping the grip with your arm. Land on feet outside the rope.

Exiting the ring backwards over the top rope - Stand with your back against the ropes. hook the rope with your right arm in an "L" shape. Push down top rope with left hand and jump backwards, reaching out for the apron with your left hand. Swing legs over to the ground.

Exiting the ring forwards over the second rope - Face the rope and hold 2nd rope with your left hand so that your palm is facing up (underhand grip). Reach in between 2nd and top rope with right hand and rest on the apron. Jump through and push away from the ring with your right hand. Land on your feet outside the ring.

Exiting the ring forwards over the top rope - Take the top rope in an underhand grip with your left hand and an overhand grip with your right hand. Push down top rope with right hand so that it's level with your waist. Fall forwards over top rope. Reach for apron with right hand and swing feet around to land on the ground.
Advanced people run to the ropes and grab the top rope with their left hand as they jump over, not touching the rope with their body.

Full nelson - Very difficult to explain! Opponent has both arms reached out behind them. Reach in between their arms and their back and twist your arms so that you interlock your hands behind their neck. Got it?

Headlock - Left arm hooks around opponents head so that "L" of your left arm is on the back of their neck. Your feet should be apart with your legs bent, facing opponent. Keep looking up and straight ahead. Work it!

Knee Drop - Opponent lies on his back. Hold opponents left foot in the air with both hands. Jump up and land with most of the pressure on your right foot. Left shin should make slight contact just above opponents left knee, with left foot supporting body weight.

Grapple - This is what wrestlers usually do at the start of the match. Some people call it a hook-up I think. They probably don't actually...
Step fairly aggressively towards your opponent with either leg. Put left arm on the back of your opponents neck and hold opponents left elbow with your right hand (Your opponent should be doing exactly the same as you). Keep tall and strong! Once you are in the grapple position, lossen up a bit.

Hammerlock - Opponent has their left arm behind their back in an "L" shap. Hold onto their wrist with both hands.

Kowalski Arm Drag - Stand facing opponent. Grab his/her left arm with both of yours so that their arm is trapped in between your bicep and forearm. Step back with right foot and turn so that you fall onto your front. Your opponent will fall onto his/her back next to you. Keep holding onto their arm so that you can work it.

Leg Dive - Face opponent. Drop onto right knee and put both hands behind opponents left ankle. Push the base of your opponents shin with your left shoulder. They don't even have to know about this one to make it work!

Taking a bump from standing - Crouch slightly and cross arms over you chest. Snap backwards, tucking feet up slightly off of the mat. Stretch out arms as your back hits the mat and slap mat with your palms (so you don't hurt your elbows). Keep chin tucked in if you don't want a headache! Advanced people don't do the whole folding arms crouchy thingy.

Top wristlock - Hold opponents left arm so that their hand is near their shoulder. Your left forearm should be in between opponents left bicep and left forearm. Grip opponents wrist with right hand, and your right wrist with left hand.

Waistlock - Standing behind opponent, put both arms around their waist and interlock hands.

Medium Difficulty Moves

Beale - Hold opponent under his/her left arm and on their left shoulder with your right arm. Hold opponents with your left arm so that their head is under your left shoulder. Step back and rest on mat with your left knee. Opponent should jump, and post off of your left thigh. Guide him/her over so they land on their back.

Bodyslam -
Opponent - Places left hand on top of your left shoulder and right hand on your right thigh. Jumps slightly to go up. Once resting on your right shoulder, they should keep their legs straight and look up.
Post off of thigh when falling.
You - Hold opponents left shoulder and put right arm between opponents legs, so that your hand reaches the small of their back. Lift with your legs so you don't hurt your back! There's debate about this next part. Either hook their head with your left hand, or don't. Both ways have had failures! Guide opponent forwards with right arm.

Hip toss -
Taking a hip toss - Step in with right foot. Hook your left arm with opponents, tightly. Jump and
somersault into a bump.
Giving a hip toss - Stand at a 90 degree angle to your opponent so taht your right shoulder is nearest to him/her. Hook opponents left arm with your right and guide your opponent into the bump.

Schoolboy takedown - Face opponent. Duck and waistlock, whilst stepping your left foot past their left foot. Swing right foot all the way around so that you end up behind your opponent. Fall onto your back as you grab your opponents left leg. Pull opponent over your stomach and put full weight as far up opponents body as possible to pin them.

Small Package - Hold opponents head with left arm so that it is under your left shoulder. Hook opponents left arm over your head. Lift right leg up and hook it behind opponents right leg. Grab opponents left leg with your right hand and roll onto your left side for the pin.

Snapmare (from hammerlock) - Kneel down onto right knee so that your shin is in between your opponents feet. Grab opponents head and pull down, flipping opponent over your right shoulder. If your opponent decides that he/she wants to keep you in a hammerlock, you must follow through with a forward roll yourself.

Somersaulting into a bump - Step in with right foot and look straight ahead. This makes you jump up further so you don't land on your head. In one motion, jump and bring your feet over your head so that they land at the same time as your back. Keep looking up until the last moment when you tuck your head. Land with your back flat and arms straight out to your side, palms down to keep your elbows safe. Keep tin chucked in or it's headache time!

Difficult Moves

Corkscrew - Can be done off of 1st, 2nd or 3rd rope or off of the mat. Jump backwards, twisting in mid-air. Front somersault to land on your back.

Moonsault - Can be done off of 1st, 2nd or 3rd rope or off of the mat. Back somersault so that you land on your front.

Victory Roll - Run up to your standing opponent and post off of his/her leg with your left foot. Swing right leg around so that you are sitting on top of your opponents shoulders facing the same way he is. Roll forwards and grab opponents leg. Opponent will roll with you and pin him/her on the floor.

Extreme Moves

Shooting Star Press - Can be done off of 1st, 2nd or 3rd rope or off of the mat (with great difficulty). Jump forwards, doing a back somersault in mid-air so that you land on your front.

Reversals

Reversing the hammerlock
1) Step to your left. Step backwards and duck under holding your opponents arm. Now they're in the hammerlock. Simple!
2) Snapmare
3) Reach behind you and break hold with your right arm. Grab opponents right arm (or hook your elbow into theirs) and spin them around until they're facing you. Hit them. Very, very hard!
4) Break hold with right hand. Grip opponents left arm with your left hand and reach forward, trapping their left arm under your shoulder. Turn to your left into a waistlock
5) From #4, go into full nelson

Grapple to the headlock -
1) Pull in opponents head with left arm. Face opponent with body, but look ahead. Stand up straight and wrench your right arm so that you squash their head. The "L" of your elbow should be on the back of your opponents neck.

Reversing the top wrist lock to a hammerlock - Step to your left and turn to your right, ducking under the other persons shoulder.

Reversing the leg dive - Step left foot back to prevent your opponent getting a hold on it. Hook opponents left arm with yours

Taking opponents arm from a grapple position -
1) Put right hand on opponents left shoulder and turn left, pushing down on their shoulder.
2) Push opponents left arm up and grab wrist with both hands. Step through to your right loosely grippping your opponents wrist so that it looks like you're breaking their arm. Which you must probably are if you're crap!
3) Push opponents left arm down at elbow and step through with left foot. Duck underneath their shoulder loosely gripping their wrist into a
hammerlock.
4) Push opponents left arm up slightly with right arm. Bend opponents left elbow with your left forearm. With your right hand holding their wrist, push their forearm up, so that your left forearm is in between their bicep and forearm. Grab your right wrist with your left hand to form a top wristlock.
